From various years SC/ST etc. peoples are suffering due to caste discrimination .we the founder of ASWO derived an inspiration from our forefathers Dr.Bhim Rao Ambedker, Manywar Kanshi Ram ji that they have sacrifice their life for the betterment of these socially hated people effecting by this Ist meeting of ASWO dated 14.04.2015 Mr. Babu Singh, Mr. Madan Singh, Dr.Sanjay Kumar Maurya, Er Ravinandan Singh, Er Ashish Kumar, Er Iswar Singh, Sh. Amit Kumar, Sh. Amardeep, Sh. Sudhir Kumar, Er Sandeep Kumar, Dr Rishiraj Singh, Er Sushil Kumar, Er Ashok Kumar, Er Vinod Kumar, Er Kanisk Kumar, Dr Omdutt, Dr Ratan Singh decided to spread the spirit of equality and to establish a new system based on humanity and they found that education is the best tool to clear this inequality. On 09.05.2015 the core members also decided to serve poor students to make their life better. As Baba Saheb wanted to change the system it self with the principle of"self help and self respect" keeping this statement in mind a meeting was conducted on 26.05.2015 and a great decision was taken to make an organisation to follow all above given thoughts and to serve the society .
On the first mile stone was placed by making a strategy of ASWO with a wide vision and mission. The efforts of core team was coloured on 05.06.2014 with the registration of ASWO under legal process.
Aswo and its team decided to bring about structural change in social system with the up gradation of youth through education because youth are the future of any caste any society or any country.
In 1990, Ambedkar was posthumously conferred with the Bharat Ratna, India's highest civilian award. Ambedkar's legacy includes numerous memorials and depictions in popular culture.
