1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items must not be altered, washed, or damaged
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and undergarments
  • Swimwear and beachwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

Get Approval

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return authorization within 24-48 hours.

Pack the Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Ship the Item

Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the item
  • Refund Approval: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is approved
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes of the same item
  • Different colors of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Defective or damaged items

To request an exchange, please follow the same process as returns. We will ship the replacement item once we receive and verify your returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Expedite the return and refund process

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us to help expedite the process.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Customer's Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference
  • Our Responsibility: For defective items, damaged items, or wrong items shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your refund is processed.

9. Cancellations
